Out of Africa Collection
Since living in Northern Botswana, Jacquie has had an enormous passion for Chobe National Park with thousands of elephant roaming the floodplains. She revisited Chobe in 2012 with a private guide in her own vehicle, to collect material and capture romantic wildlife scenes.
She saw a magical scene of her first love, elephant dusting over by the water, with hundreds of elephant in the distance.
The young male leopard was resting under the shade and made eye contact, a truly out of Africa scene.
On an afternoon game drive, Jacquie saw three giraffe in the middle of the floodplain. As she drew closer, they looked over in the distance, in a moment of grace.
in Australia, Jacquie has been told about Jamala Wildlife Lodge and how it is larger than life. Jacquie met Richard Tindale, owner, who invited Jacquie to stay at Jamala. Jacquie stayed in a Jungle Bungalow where she saw Jura, a male cheetah. She captured Jura in a curious moment, glancing up, with a pencil miniature.
